Please plan your payment accordingly. Interbank fund transfer between local banks usually clear between two to three (2 to 3) days. Transfer within the same bank usually clear within the same day. For example, if you intend to take up online GST course 1: What is GST, please plan your payment at least 3 days in advance, say Friday the week before, so that you will be able to attend the course on Wednesday.

(2) How long can I access the online course?

The course access is valid for one day during the times stated above. During the stated times, you can access the course at a time convenient for you. Please arrange to attend the course during the stated times.

(3) How to access the video e-course?

Access is by User Name and Password. Key in the correct “User Name” and “Password” to log in. The User Name and Password are case-sensitive.

(4) What is the User Name and Password? Where do I find it?

After payment is confirmed and notification sent to admin@gstmalaysia.org, the user name and password will be sent to your email address.

(5) What does the course materials consist of?

The course materials consist of powerpoint slides and voice recording.

(6) I have some basic knowledge about GST, can I just proceed with "e-Course 2: Accounting for GST" without attending "e-Course 1: What is GST"?

You may proceed with "Online GST Course 2: Accounting for GST" if you already have some basic understanding of what is gst but we strongly encourage you to start with "Online GST Course 1: What is GST" before doing GST Course 2.

Important note:

(a) What do you need for sound?

It is recommended that you have speakers or laptop with built-in speakers.

(b) What is the internet access requirement?

It is recommended to watch the online course video via broadband or leased lines for internet access. We have made our video sizes as small as possible for viewing so that the videos play smoothly.
